Customer service and loyalty: Delivering excellent service at checkout counters, ensuring compliance with the company's customer service commitment; understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events); and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensuring the collection process follows company criteria, correctly performing cash drawer reconciliations and cash withdrawals according to established procedures. Workstation maintenance: Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
