Collaboration with teams to ensure a safe working environment #### **Would you like to work on construction, industrial, and energy projects where your work directly contributes to people returning home safely every day?** At **OCA Global Prevention Services**, we are looking to hire a **Preventive Resource** \- Occupational Health and Safety Technician in **Ceuta**, to participate in construction and industrial projects, helping guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site and ensuring nothing is left to chance. ### **What responsibilities await you in this project?** * **You will act as the Preventive Resource:** Be present during critical activities to ensure work is carried out under required safety conditions. * **On-site supervision:** Ensure implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan at assigned workplaces, verifying correct use of collective and individual protective equipment as the Preventive Resource on site. * **Risk assessment:** Identify potential risks during activity execution and propose preventive measures. * **Document management:** Record work progress, report incidents, and propose improvement actions contributing to raising the project’s safety standards. * **Training and information:** Ensure workers are aware of applicable safety regulations and procedures for their tasks. * **Collaborate with other departments, managers, clients, and contractors to ensure a safe working environment:** You will serve as a reference figure in prevention matters, providing solutions, resolving queries, and building trust through professional and rigorous advisory support. ### **What do we expect from your profile?** * **Training in Occupational Risk Prevention**, either through the 60-hour Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course, Intermediate Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, or Advanced Occupational Risk Prevention Technician qualification, as this will form the foundation for performing the preventive functions of this position. * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle:** Essential for travel within the assigned area. * **Languages:** Native-level Spanish. * **Technical skills:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other document management tools. ### **Competencies:** * **Safety orientation:** Focus on ensuring a safe working environment compliant with current regulations. * **Observational ability:** Skill in identifying risks and proposing preventive solutions. * **Effective communication:** Ability to interact clearly and professionally with workers and supervisors. * **Autonomy:** Capacity to efficiently and independently manage assigned tasks and act autonomously as the Preventive Resource on site. * **Teamwork:** Effective collaboration with other preventive resources and project managers. * **Problem-solving:** Ability to respond promptly to risk situations or deviations from safety procedures. ### **Why will you love working with us?** * **Full-time schedule:** Hours adapted to client needs.
