Job Summary: Ecospai is seeking an experienced mason for construction sites involving energy-efficient renovation projects, new-build projects, and finishes using natural materials. Teamwork following quality criteria Ecospai is a company specialized in sustainable construction, energy-efficient renovation, and distribution of technical building materials. We work with insulation systems, airtightness solutions, and natural claddings. We are looking for an experienced mason to join our team and participate in diverse projects: energy-efficient renovation, new-build construction, and finishes using natural materials. Execution of masonry work on energy-efficient renovation and new-build projects — Collaboration in the installation of thermal insulation systems and natural claddings — Application of mortars, renders, and finishes — Teamwork following quality criteria and sound construction practices * Minimum 2 years of experience. Demonstrable on-site experience is required: execution of masonry tasks, application of mortars and renders, and ability to work autonomously on standard construction and renovation tasks. Prior experience in energy-efficient renovation, thermal insulation systems, or working with natural materials is considered advantageous but not mandatory. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours from Monday to Friday.
