Full-time schedule Maintenance Painter – Hotel A hotel is selecting a **Painter** to join its **Technical Services / Maintenance** department. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented individual with experience in painting and facility maintenance. Responsibilities * Painting work in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Surface preparation (sanding, defect repair, priming). * Minor maintenance repairs related to the position. * Use and maintenance of tools and materials. * Compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Coordination with the maintenance department. Requirements **Mandatory** * Prior experience as a painter. * Knowledge of interior and exterior painting. * Ability to work independently. * Responsibility and organization in work. **Desirable** * Experience in hotels, buildings, or general maintenance.
