We are looking for staff dedicated to caring for dependent individuals to work at our residential facility located in Vilafranca del Penedès. Main responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the medical and multidisciplinary team at the residence to ensure residents' overall well-being. * Providing support and performing residents' ADLs (hygiene, showers, hydration, feeding, etc.). * Promoting elderly care through comprehensive attention. * Assisting the medical team in tasks within their scope, such as pressure point care, among others. We offer full-time hours at 40h per week. Temporary contract. Job stability. Work schedule: * Long week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 07:30 to 20:00. * Short week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 07:30 to 20:00. * Day shift or Night shift Immediate availability required.
