We are looking for individuals eager to join our kitchen team in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. You may focus on one of two main areas. The first option is as a general kitchen assistant. Your primary responsibilities will center on washing dishes and utensils, occupying the majority of your shift. You will also assist in preparing simple dishes, such as french fries or esqueixada, with no prior experience required. Initiative and willingness to learn will be valued, with opportunities to progressively train in other kitchen tasks. The second option is as a grill assistant. Here, you will work directly with the person in charge of the grill, learning how to operate the barbecue — a cornerstone of our offerings. This is an opportunity for professional development, and if you demonstrate aptitude, you may advance to become the grill supervisor. For either position, it is essential to be agile, capable of collaborating effectively with others under pressure, and highly motivated to learn and improve.
