This unique program combines structured international training with in\-depth local rotations across core finance functions, offering you a solid foundation to grow within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. **Responsibilities** **Controlling** * Work with KPIs, dashboards (Power BI) and analytical P\&L. * Support budgeting, cost center controlling, and variance analysis. * Participate in process improvements in the SAP CO module. **Accounting** * Gain experience in journal entries, general ledger and month\-end closing. * Learn to interpret financial statements and use SAP FI. **Tax** * Understand key taxes (VAT, payroll, corporate tax). * Assist with audit preparations and learn basics of international taxation and intercompany flows. **Credit Management \& Collections** * Support collections, dispute management, and process alignment. Gain exposure to legal recovery procedures. * **Your Profile** * Master’s graduate (or final\-year student) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields. * Strong analytical skills and interest in international finance. * Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus. * Global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international rotation.
