Job Summary: A PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) professional responsible for promoting a risk prevention culture and ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment in a high-traffic logistics warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes a risk prevention culture in logistics operations. 2. Manages incidents and optimizes environmental waste management. 3. Conducts internal inspections and audits for continuous improvement. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within a high-volume logistics warehouse. The primary responsibility is to foster a risk prevention culture across all operational areas, guaranteeing a safe and sustainable work environment. This involves implementing prevention plans and conducting periodic occupational risk assessments, adapting to the constant flow of goods entering and leaving the facility. Continuous monitoring of working conditions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Incident management is critical: thoroughly investigating any accident to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Training sessions are also delivered to staff to reinforce preventive awareness. In the environmental domain, the individual oversees and optimizes waste management, verifying regulatory compliance and proposing improvements to reduce ecological impact. Internal inspections and audits are conducted, with results documented and improvement plans suggested. Finally, key performance indicators—such as accident rate and corrective action implementation rate—are tracked, and reports are generated to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies. A Higher Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is required. Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in high-volume logistics or industrial environments is necessary.
