Requirements: **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + Accredited Master’s Program **Experience and Skills** Experience in: * Project development and execution (signing and approvals) and construction management (signing and approvals). * Construction execution, supervision, and verification. * Urban development projects. * Preparation of energy efficiency certificates. Knowledge of energy efficiency, Cypetherm, AutoCAD, structural calculations, quantity surveying, budgeting and valuation (CYPE). Experience dealing with public administration and BIM technology is desirable. **Other Requirements** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel and commute frequently (management area: Lleida, Tarragona, western/southern Barcelona, and Huesca). If your profile matches what we are seeking, we can offer you: 40 hours/week Gross Annual Remuneration from 59\.362€ up to 90\.115€ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Drafting urban planning reports. * Interpreting geotechnical studies, load tests, etc. * Construction-related expert assessments. * Development, signing, and approval of projects and construction management documents (demolition, basic, execution, asbestos removal, reinforcement, etc.). * Preparing safety studies. * Construction management, signing, and approval of final certificates.
