Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for our Bell-lloc plant, responsible for product manufacturing and packaging, machinery control, and waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality and safety management, and proper waste management Teresa Carles Manufacturing is looking for a Production Operator for our production plant located in Bell\-lloc. Are you ready for this new opportunity? \- Receive manufacturing orders, including notes on ingredients or raw materials to be used, parameters to monitor, inspections and controls to carry out, and documentation to record. \- Comply with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. \- Carry out transformation and manufacturing operations as specified in the product manufacturing plan. \- Operate, control, and regulate machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. \- Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products. \- Perform product packaging and boxing operations. \- Carry out product labelling and cartoning. \- Store finished products. \- Record process control results and quality and safety inspection results defined for each product. \- Manage waste appropriately. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry. * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in beverage production will be considered an advantage. \- Training in food safety and good handling practices will be considered an advantage. \- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be considered an advantage. * Availability of personal vehicle * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional information of interest: Temporary contract with possibility of subsequent permanent contract.
