Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and empathetic gerocultor/a with a vocation for caring for and accompanying elderly people in a gerontological center, as part of a team committed to high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist and accompany residents in daily activities. 2. Provide emotional support and promote personal autonomy. 3. Collaborate with the professional team at the gerontological center. We require a gerocultor/a for daily 7.5-hour shifts (06:45–14:15) every weekend (720 hours per year). We seek a responsible, empathetic individual with a vocation for caring for and accompanying elderly people in their daily lives at a municipal gerontological center. You will join a professional team committed to person-centered, high-quality care. **Responsibilities:** * Assist and accompany residents in activities of daily living (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.). * Provide emotional support and promote personal autonomy. * Collaborate with the nursing team and other professionals at the center. * Maintain order and cleanliness in personal and common areas. * Participate in wellness activities and programs. **Requirements:** Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications: \- Professional Certificate in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Care for Dependent Persons. \- CFGM in Sociohealthcare. \- CFGM in Auxiliary Nursing Care. Prior experience in the sociohealthcare field or in elderly residential facilities will be valued. Teamwork skills, empathy, and respect. **Benefits:** 3-month contract \+ indefinite extension. Annual gross salary of €8,334.77, paid in 12 monthly installments (€694.56 each) \+ an additional €21.56 for each Sunday or public holiday worked. Variable compensation consisting of a payment equivalent to 6.08% of the annual gross salary (€506.75), or its proportional monthly share, paid in two installments—in January and July each year—provided the employee achieves individual performance objectives.
