The Position As Bid \& Contracts Specialist your mission will be to coordinate public sector tenders and private operations in which the company participates, ensuring that both internal processes and contracting procedures are fulfilled to achieve the best possible results and eliminate associated risks. **Your Key Responsibilities** Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating the preparation of public and private proposals, monitoring bidding files, and maintaining and controlling Bids \& Contracts information systems. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting documentation related to public tenders and offers to private customers, primarily during the bidding phase and subsequently during contract signing and execution. Specifically: * Identification, registration, and communication of potential opportunities. * Detailed analysis of tender specifications. * Coordination of proposal preparation. Ensure all necessary actions are completed timely and accurately. Requirements include: * Solid knowledge of the public procurement framework and its regulations. * Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous opportunities and perform well under pressure. * Methodical and rigorous approach to handling documentation, as certain errors may result in exclusion from procedures involving the company. * Ability to work cross-functionally in multidisciplinary teams to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders (or interlocutors). * Adaptability and resilience to handle changing situations and overcome obstacles. * Ability to adopt new tools and apply emerging technologies to existing processes. * Strong communication skills. **Who You Are** * Bachelor's degree with legal, technical, or economic background. * Extensive knowledge of public procurement. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced level of Spanish and good command of English. **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year of experience managing, preparing, and submitting public tenders, as well as coordinating multidisciplinary teams for participation in these commercial operations. * Experience in markets related to the healthcare sector is preferred. * Experience in challenging public procurement procedures will be valued, as well as experience managing offers for private customers.
