We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty. **This role is an Onsite Role:** This role requires full\-time presence in office. **Overview:** * The primary responsibilities of the Distribution/Warehouse Process Engineer are: + To ensure warehouse/distribution processes are executed on time, safely, with expected quality and cost. + Standardization and efficiency of logistics flows. + Monitoring and improvement of logistics process efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities:** * NEW PROJECTS. + Conducts technical feasibility studies and assesses the potential impact of incorporating new logistics flows into existing ones (capacity, quality, productivity, safety, etc.). + Informs the Warehouse/Transportation Manager about the need to adapt current flows to accommodate new projects. + Monitors required adaptations to procedures, layout, and work instructions to ensure timely execution and informs all involved parties of any incidents. + Evaluates all scenarios for different projects. + Participates during the first weeks of project implementation. + Documents and establishes all procedures for each new project involving changes to logistics flows, specifying all parameters and conditions necessary to ensure optimal results. LOGISTICS PROCESS STANDARDIZATION. + Ensures that documentation for all logistics flows (procedures and PEQs) remains up\-to\-date throughout their lifecycle. + Trains warehouse operators on any procedural changes, ensuring consistent methodology and proper equipment operation. + Promotes accurate recording of all procedural changes to ensure change quality and data integrity. + Monitors the effectiveness and quality of procedural changes and implements necessary training or equipment improvements to ensure successful outcomes. PACKAGING EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT. + Analyzes productivity of logistics tasks. + Studies and proposes improvement plans to enhance productivity. + Analyzes warehouse/logistics incidents and proposes process or equipment improvements to prevent recurrence. + Coordinates with all affected departments. + Monitors implementation of improvements and measures achievement of expected results post\-implementation. + Collaborates with Quality/Safety/Warehouse departments. + Contributes to developing basic specifications for new facilities. + Conducts specific studies on processes or facilities (capacity, volume, efficiency, etc.) as assigned or deemed necessary to improve production processes. In all activities, ensures and promotes compliance with GMP, PRL, industrial safety, and all other applicable regulations.
