From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a Production Manager who, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site assembly execution — ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines, cost control, required quality standards, and current safety regulations. This person will organize assigned material and human resources, guaranteeing efficient management and proper execution of work. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Plan on-site operational activities, manage weekly material delivery requests, and prepare loading plans for assembly teams. * Monitor productivity and track progress against the site plan, proposing adjustments when deviations arise. * Participate in assembly kick-offs and post-sales phases, conducting pre-site visits to anticipate needs and coordinate required resources. * Be responsible for planning future assemblies and organizing work with a minimum three-week outlook, ensuring proper coordination with logistics. * Re-plan assemblies daily, monitor ongoing work, and update loading schedules in coordination with the logistics department, ensuring uninterrupted productivity of teams. * Request and manage machinery and equipment rentals from suppliers under framework agreements, ensuring proper resource utilization and optimizing associated project costs. * Manage requests for and control of assembly materials required both at project commencement and during execution, including auxiliary items such as wedges, fasteners, and other necessary materials. * Request and manage assembly tools required for proper execution of work. * Attend meetings with clients, foremen, and the Site Manager, tracking work progress and coordinating execution. * Monitor completion-phase work and post-sales activities, including incident management and closure. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards by performing checks according to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), daily review of the planning log (PLR), and daily work report controls. * Manage daily on-site incidents, coordinating required resources for resolution and ensuring uninterrupted production. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Flexible compensation via Cobee, free telemedicine with Savia, access to Wellhub, pension plan, and discounts on products and services. * Company vehicle. We seek a professional meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience * Technical Engineering degree, specializing in Organization / Civil Engineering / Construction * Strong planning and organizational skills, results-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, forward-thinking, decisive, autonomous * Spanish language proficiency * Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week #LI-SM1
