We are seeking a maintenance technician for a senior residence located in Cubelles, on the Garraf coast, 60 km from Barcelona. General building maintenance tasks and gardening maintenance tasks, as well as any other duties assigned by the center's management. * 12 months of experience. No prior experience is required, but extensive knowledge of welding, plastering, painting, water treatment, and heating systems is essential. * Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) with official qualification. * Spanish (advanced spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Other relevant information: Salary according to collective agreement
