Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for our R&D department to create and develop new dishes and formulas in Sant Vicenç de Castellet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in developing new dishes and formulas 2. Participation in preparing product technical sheets 3. Conducting industrial trials at the production plant We are a company specializing in the production of refrigerated ready-to-eat meals, located in Sant Vicenç de Castellet. We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant in the R&D Department. Working alongside our Head Chef, the candidate will participate in the creation and development of new dishes and formulas for future production at the plant. \- Collaboration in developing new dishes and formulas. \- Documenting production. Participation in preparing product technical sheets. \- Conducting industrial trials at the production plant. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Prior experience in restaurant or industrial kitchens, performing duties as a cook or kitchen assistant, is mandatory. * Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Teamwork, organization and order, adaptability * Availability of personal vehicle * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '2100' * Additional relevant information: Residence near the workplace is highly valued. Prior experience as a cook or kitchen assistant is mandatory (certification of experience and competencies will be required).
