Inventory, payment, and reservation management Ikan Restaurant requires: • Restaurant waitstaff • Restaurant cook Main Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner. * Inform customers about the menu, daily specials, and answer their questions. * Accurately take food and beverage orders. * Serve dishes and drinks according to establishment standards. • Manage inventory. * Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and fully equipped with cutlery and glassware. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. * Process payments, issue invoices, and manage reservations. * Assist in preparing and cleaning the dining area before and after service. * Comply with restaurant hygiene, safety, and protocol standards.
