1 WAITER/WAITRESS. Minimum 1-year experience; availability to work rotating shifts; basic English knowledge. An indefinite contract is offered, 30 working hours per week, shift-based schedule (morning or afternoon/evening) from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week), monthly gross salary of €1,600 (paid in 14 installments, based on full-time equivalent). Preparation, setup, and restocking of the breakfast buffet. Guest reception and personalized service during breakfast and dinner services. Evening shift: taking orders and advising guests on the menu, beverages, and daily recommendations. Serving food and beverages at the table according to the establishment's quality standards. Preparing and arranging the dining area before, during, and after service. Setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room, terrace, and service areas. Processing service billing and managing payments via POS system. Coordinating with the kitchen and front desk departments to ensure agile and efficient service. Resolving incidents and attending to guests’ special requests. Managing stock levels of beverages, tableware, and consumables. Complying with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. Assisting with events, group services, and special functions organized by the hotel. Contributing to delivering a satisfying guest experience while maintaining a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. * 12-month experience required.
