Invoice validation with the department **Description:** ---------------- At Empatif, we are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** for our **Medical Center** in Manresa. **Main responsibilities will include:** * Managing appointments at external medical centers. * Creating, tracking, and verifying company-specialized tests. * Entering attendance records into Integra. * Coordinating CAE activities with client/collaborator companies. * Validating department invoices with the Billing/Purchasing Department. **We offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. * Permanent position **Requirements:** ----------------- * A higher vocational training qualification (CFGS) in Administration or a related field is preferred. * Experience in administrative tasks * Proficiency in Excel and office software * Experience in customer service and fluent communication skills * Valid driver's license
