Administrative support in the Personnel Administration area, performing tasks such as reviewing applicable regulations, resolving inquiries, and managing juridical-labor documentation.

Within the People Directorate, as part of the Personnel Administration team and reporting to the Head of Personnel Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Personnel Administration area.
**We Offer:**
* Working hours from 7:45 a.m. to 3:21 p.m., Monday to Friday.
* 100% full-time schedule.
* Temporary contract for 6 months with real opportunities for indefinite continuation.
* Salary according to the SISCAT collective agreement.
**Responsibilities**
* Reviewing compliance with current regulations stipulated in the applicable collective agreement for each entity within their respective calendars.
* Resolving inquiries from professionals employed by the entities.
* Issuing identification cards.
* Preparing juridical-labor certificates.
* Entering temporary disability cases into the system.
* Monitoring and tracking the entire DPO procedure at the Hospital.
* Performing various administrative tasks arising from the functions of the area.
* Implementing and monitoring the criteria established in hospital accreditation related to the application area.
* Complying with the Prevention Plan regulations within the People Directorate teams.
* Any other responsibilities or duties assigned by the People Directorate.
**Requirements**
* Medium-level vocational qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà) in Administration or Higher-level vocational qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior) in Health Administration and Documentation.
* Intermediate computer skills in management and office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Familiarity with RED system and Siltra is desirable.
* Catalan language proficiency (spoken and written) at level C.
* Prior experience in administration within the healthcare sector is desirable.
