




HotelCan is an authorized breeding center by the Generalitat for breeding and selling puppies. At our facilities, we offer puppy breeding and sales services, dog hotel, and sale of accessories and supplies for pets. Currently, we are seeking a customer-oriented individual with marketing knowledge to fill the position of Administrative Staff at our center located in Anglesola. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for carrying out the following duties: \- Customer service in person and through various communication channels (phone, email, chat...). \- Support, resolution, and follow-up of incidents. \- Managing visit schedules. \- Preparing contracts. \- Classifying and archiving documentation. \- Sales tracking. \- Managing social networks and marketing campaigns. * Experience: 1 year. Previous experience in a similar role is valued. * MEDIUM LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Catalan (spoken G, written G) * Spanish (spoken G, written G) * Skills / knowledge: \- Proficient in Office suite, social media. \- Knowledge of Google Ads and Wordpress is a plus. \- Organized, methodical, problem-solving, and responsible individual. \- Communication skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork abilities. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time * Other relevant information: Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with the possibility of compressing two days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Alternate Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
