At Homs Rentals, a reference in machinery and equipment rental, we are seeking a Technical Coordinator for our Generator Division. You will be the key player in ensuring excellence in event and industrial operations. Functions and responsibilities Your main mission will be to coordinate and lead our technical team, managing resources (vehicle fleet, materials, and assigning personnel to each setup), and ensuring the proper execution of delivery, collection, installation, technical service and maintenance of generators and electrical equipment. **Your key functions and responsibilities will be:** **1\. Team Leadership and Management:** * Personnel Coordination: Direct, plan and supervise the working day and tasks of the technical team (installers and maintenance staff). * Shift and Absence Management: Organize schedules, ensure service coverage, and manage leave and vacation time for personnel under your supervision. * Training and Motivation: Foster a positive work environment, ensure the team has the necessary tools and knowledge, and identify training needs. **2\. Operational and Logistics Management:** * Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage and assign material resources (equipment, generators) and vehicle fleet to each service (coordination with the planning manager). * Fleet Control: Supervise the condition and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet, managing its tracking within the ERP system. * Maintenance Supervision: Ensure generators and equipment meet quality and safety standards before being rented out. * Incident Management: Act as the first point of technical escalation to resolve operational and technical issues in the field. **3\. Administration and Control:** * Document Control: Ensure proper recording and documentation of services performed (work reports, delivery notes, etc.). * ERP Usage: Operate the company's management software (ERP) for service planning and fleet control. * Stock Control: Monitor inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance and installations. Required qualifications * Education: Intermediate Vocational Training or demonstrable technical experience. * Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles with responsibility and technical team management. * Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate and organize a team under pressure. * Valuable Technical Knowledge: * Solid electrical and/or mechanical knowledge. * Experience with Generators and Industrial Maintenance. * Knowledge of Logistics. * Class B driver's license (B\+E or C\+E highly valued) * Residence near Sant Quirze del Vallès or willingness to commute to the area. * We seek stability: Long-term commitment is especially valued.
