**Job Description** The selected candidate will provide support to customers in the workshops of IDIADA Test Tracks. The main responsibilities for this role will be: * Mechanical work carried out in the IDIADA workshop for tasks commissioned by Test Track customers (mechanical work on vehicles, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, AC charging, etc.) * Workshop preparation activities prior to customer arrivals * Support in resolving incidents related to customer workshops * Assistance with loading and unloading customer materials * Maintenance tasks for the vehicle fleet of the Test Track department **Requirements** **Education:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive Engineering or equivalent * Basic user-level computer skills **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive mechanical workshop * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs, and proactive problem-solving attitude * Availability to work rotating shifts from 07:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and Saturdays from 08:30 to 17:30; possibility of working Tuesday to Saturday schedule * Experience operating a forklift is desirable **Languages:** * Good command of English enabling fluent communication with customers * Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous **Additional Information** Applus IDIADA is committed to **equality,** **diversity** and **inclusion**.
