**Description** At Grupo ADTEL, we are looking for a site supervisor for a permanent, full-time position in Molins de Rei. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, control, and execution of assigned projects and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities**: * Planning and organizing work and materials required for PCI installations and maintenance. * Financial control and monitoring of assigned projects. * Reviewing material requirements and placing purchase orders according to budget and project progress. * Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors on site. * Conducting site visits to supervise proper execution of work. * Reviewing and collecting site documentation (reports, drawings, As\-Built). * Closing installations in the internal management system. * Validating work for invoicing. **Qualifications**: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the PCI sector. **Required Skills**: * Technical knowledge of detection systems, extinguishing systems, fire hose reels, sprinklers, etc. * Leadership and team management skills. * Proficiency in office tools and management software. * Class B driver's license. * PRL training is a plus.
