Teamwork and ability to identify alternatives. **Description:** ---------------- From the **PROMAN Manresa** office (telephone: **93 829 60 01**), we are recruiting a production operator for an important metallurgical company located in Manresa, **on afternoon/night/shift schedule from Monday to Friday**. The candidate must be available for immediate start. Relevant experience performing tasks as metallurgical workshop staff is also required. **Requirements** * Education: Completion of Sector Metal Course C.9 is desirable. * Experience interpreting technical drawings. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in finishing, folding machines, manual welding, CNC machining, interpretation of technical drawings, etc. * Valid driver’s license class B and personal vehicle are mandatory. * Must reside in the Bages region. * Immediate availability to start is required. **Candidate Competencies** * Teamwork * Situational analysis * Ability to identify alternatives * Creativity **Offered** \- Working hours: **Afternoon shift 14:00–22:00 / Night shift 22:00–06:00 / Split shift 08:00–13:00 \- 15:00–18:00\.** * Employment type: Full-time contract.
