IT Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Solid knowledge of IT governance, including regulatory compliance and corporate standards. • Provide IT support to ensure continuity of production processes at the Valls Campus, meeting the needs of both administrative offices and electronic systems departments. • Manage and maintain the campus network infrastructure to ensure system integrity and security. • Collaborate with the administrative office to ensure that IT initiatives support operations across the entire campus, including administrative and production areas. • Deliver high-quality IT services, ensuring efficient incident resolution and compliance with company IT policies. • Maintain and improve documentation of IT processes to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing. • Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards, consistently promoting best practices across all facilities. * Experience: 36 months.
