Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage multidisciplinary technology projects, coordinate teams, and ensure end-to-end delivery. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead technology projects in environments integrating software, hardware, and systems. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing priorities, and ensuring end-to-end project delivery. ### **Responsibilities** * Planning, execution, and monitoring of multidisciplinary projects * Coordination of teams (software, hardware, systems, etc.) * Backlog management and application of **Agile / Scrum** methodologies * Facilitation of agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retros) * Progress tracking using tools such as **JIRA** * Documentation management (Confluence, SharePoint) * Risk identification and solution proposals * Coordination with internal and external stakeholders * Project status and metrics reporting * Organization of project deliveries ### **Requirements** * Experience as a **Project Manager** on multidisciplinary projects * Practical knowledge of **Agile / Scrum** * Experience with tools such as **JIRA and Confluence** * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Autonomy and decision-making ability * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, etc.) * Experience in technology-driven environments * Technical knowledge (programming or systems) * Advanced English proficiency ### **What We Offer** * Real-world technology projects (software \+ hardware) * Dynamic and multidisciplinary environment * Professional development and continuous learning * Hybrid work arrangement
