Summary: Supervise and coordinate the center's general services, organize teams, manage administrative tasks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Highlights: 1. Collaborate in continuous improvement and strategic planning. **What tasks will you carry out with us:** * Supervise and coordinate the center's general services. * Organize and assign tasks to the Cleaning Team staff, as well as participate in shift and activity planning. * Ensure proper use, maintenance, and control of materials, equipment, and facilities. * Perform administrative tasks specific to the position and manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers. * Coordinate the cafeteria service with kitchen, supervising its operation and quality. * Monitor sanitary conditions, hygiene standards, and quality of services and food. * Supervise outsourced services and ensure compliance with the center's standards. * Manage incidents and ensure proper functioning of services. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal protocols. * Collaborate with management on continuous service improvement and strategic planning. * Guarantee service quality and user satisfaction. **What do we expect from you?** * Prior experience in leadership positions within the care or services sector. * Ability to organize and manage work teams. * Communication skills, active listening, and incident resolution capabilities. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and under operational pressure. * Assertive communication and attention to detail. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time employment contract * Immediate incorporation * Schedule: Mornings * Salary according to collective agreement
