Quality Engineer We are seeking a professional passionate about quality and focused on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: \- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective containment, prevention, and corrective actions. \- Ensuring implementation of action plans to prevent recurrence of issues and drive performance and continuous improvement. \- Preparing and delivering detailed reports (8D) on quality issues and their resolutions. Key result: Overall achievement of customer quality objectives. Focus on product and service satisfaction. \- Analyzing and coordinating potential containment activities for customer complaints. \- Effectively resolving problems and communicating, in accordance with customer/Lear requirements and standards. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. \- Developing and executing strategies. \- Driving project success in alignment with customer quality requirements.
