Support in employee development and improvement of workplace climate. **Generalist HR Technician** **What You Will Do in This Role** We seek a candidate to join the Human Resources team as a generalist, with an operational and business-support focus. You will participate in day-to-day HR area management, contributing to efficient, consistent, and organizationally aligned people processes. You will work in coordination with leadership and managers, providing support across various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. **Recruitment and Talent Attraction** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and coordination). * Collaborate with managers in defining job profiles and requirements. * Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction improvement efforts. **People Management and Development** * Support implementation of performance evaluation processes. * Coordinate training activities and track development plans. * Collaborate on workplace climate, engagement, and culture initiatives. **Manager and Employee Support** * Provide managers with daily team management support (inquiries, incidents, questions). * Address employee inquiries regarding labor and HR matters. * Handle everyday situations with sound judgment and approachability. **Personnel Administration and Compliance** * Perform HR administrative tasks (hiring, terminations, contracts, absence tracking, etc.). * Coordinate with labor consultants or external providers. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies. **Process Improvement and Reporting** * Participate in HR process improvement and optimization. * Develop and maintain basic departmental metrics. * Support preparation of reports for leadership. **What We Are Looking For** We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks, with interest in developing within a generalist HR environment. **Experience** * 5\-7 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role. * Experience in recruitment and personnel administration. * Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field is desirable. * English proficiency level: B2 **Key Competencies** * Organizational skills and operational management capability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. * Discretion and rigor in handling information. **What We Offer** * A generalist role with a cross-functional view of the HR function. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
