Description We at Q-tech are looking for a **Data Engineer** to join a **leading company in the mobility sector**, with over **100 years of history**, international presence, and at a pivotal moment of **growth and technological transformation**. This is a highly strategic project/moment: rebuilding the data platform from scratch to support multiple business areas, handling large volumes of information, and delivering direct impact on decision-making. **What will be your mission?** Design, build, and evolve the **end-to-end data lifecycle**, ensuring data quality, traceability, and reliability, while actively participating in defining the company’s new data ecosystem. **What will you do?** * Build end-to-end data pipelines: **ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and preparation**. * Define and implement **data quality and validation processes**. * Orchestrate and monitor data processes. * Participate in **data architecture decisions** (greenfield environment). * Lead and plan data projects with genuine autonomy. * Collaborate closely with BI / Analytics teams. * Engage directly with multiple internal business units as internal clients. Basic requirements * Experience as a **Data Engineer**. * Proven experience working with data pipelines, data quality, and complex environments. * Background in cloud environments (Microsoft preferred, but not exclusive). * **Hands-on mindset**, combined with project and business vision. * Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and make decisions. * **Attitude, judgment, and data sensitivity** are valued more than mastery of any specific technology stack.
