**Job Description** We are seeking a Geriatric Care Assistant for a MORNING shift at the Conxita Valls Residential Care Home in Rubí. This is a temporary replacement position due to staff leave, with potential for subsequent integration into the company’s permanent workforce, as well as a vacation cover role until the end of September. The candidate will assist or substitute for residents in their daily living activities, including showering, using the toilet, diaper changes, lifting, feeding, repositioning, etc., as well as providing supervision, accompaniment, and assistance throughout the day according to residents’ and day-center users’ needs. Candidates must be committed and interested in their work, possess empathy, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team. Working days: Monday to Sunday, according to the company schedule, with one weekend off per month and one or two weekdays off during the week. Working hours: 7:00–14:30. Due to the center’s location, possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle will be valued; however, the center is accessible by public transport—though not on weekends or before 7:00.
