From Grupo Mimara, we are looking for a director for one of our residences located in Pla de Santa María. Functions: \- Ensure compliance with operational plans by verifying the proper functioning of facilities and services. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with partner organizations. \- Supervise continuous training of the team. \- Take responsibility for commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing resources at each work center and supporting teams in daily management. \- Budget control, KPI analysis, corrective and improvement measures, ensuring budget compliance with allocated resources. \- Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. \- Basic knowledge of tenders, interpretation of regulations, ratios, and understanding of legislation affecting the sector. \- Ensure compliance with current socio-health regulations. Requirements: \- University degree in social work or similar. \- Minimum demonstrable experience in managing socio-health centers or similar. \- Master's degree in Geriatric Residences is valued.
