We are looking for an experienced person to coordinate work teams at a major agricultural estate located in the Lepe–Isla Cristina area. The main responsibility will be to supervise and organize the tasks of worker groups, ensuring that everything is carried out as planned and that agricultural processes are executed correctly. This includes supervising staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress of work, managing necessary materials, and communicating with occupational health and safety teams. Daily attendance and task reports will also be prepared, any workplace incidents will be tracked, staffing needs assessed, and collaboration provided in designing pruning and fruit thinning operations. In addition, earthmoving activities, plot maintenance, and use of agricultural machinery will be supervised; attention will be paid to clients and visitors if required; and the Field Supervisor’s duties will be assumed during their absences. Previous experience managing work crews in the agricultural sector is required, along with knowledge of harvesting, pruning, and machinery maintenance processes, and demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity to join a stable company in the agricultural sector, located on estates between Lepe and Isla Cristina, with an indefinite-term contract and an annual gross salary of 20.020 €, plus travel expenses.
