Mechanical Engineer Team Leader Are you a technically skilled leader passionate about mechanical design and automation? Join our global team and lead innovative projects with international teams. What will you do? * Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical engineers (including international locations and external suppliers). * Define concepts and lead conceptual and overall design; delegate 3D/2D modeling. * Select components and ensure technical and procurement feasibility. * Implement design standards, templates, and procedures. * Maintain technical relationships with clients and support proposals and quotations. Requirements * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred). * +7 years in mechanical design; +5 years leading multicultural teams. * Experience working with international teams (experience in India is a plus). * Availability for travel; passport/visa required. * Fluent spoken and written English. Key Competencies * Manufacturing processes (machining, heat treatments, surface finishes). * Solid Edge / SolidWorks / DraftSight / AutoCAD. * Design for manufacturing, tolerancing, FMEA, finite element method. * Pneumatics/hydraulics, EPLAN, SAP, advanced Excel. * Green Belt 6Sigma and machine safety regulations — plus.
