Through our Virtual Antenna® technology and Oxion platform™, we empower businesses to build smarter, faster, and more reliable connected devices✨ **Your Role** We are looking for a Software Manager (Development \& Infrastructure) to lead our Software Department and drive the continuous improvement of Ignion’s Oxion™ cloud solution — an antenna integration platform that helps customers efficiently design wireless devices using our Virtual Antenna® technology. This is a hands\-on leadership role, combining technical excellence with team management, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You’ll play a key part in shaping the architecture, reliability, and scalability of our cloud platform while fostering a high\-performing engineering culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and grow the Software \& Infrastructure area in a fast\-growing scale\-up, combining strong technical leadership with active hands\-on contribution. * Oversee the IT \& Infrastructure function, ensuring security and availability across cloud and on\-premises environments, supervising day\-to\-day activities, while maintaining a strong focus on infrastructure strategy. * Collaborate with external Partners on Cloud Infrastructure \& Security, and IT. * Actively contributes to system design, coding, and code reviews, setting the technical bar and leading by example. * Contribute to system and cloud architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. * Establish and enforce engineering best practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, clean code, and technical documentation. * Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions, ensuring feasibility, quality, and timely delivery. * Explore and implement AI\-driven tools and automation to improve productivity and development processes. * Scale the team by further adopting agile methodologies and productivity tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub). * Mentor and coach high\-performing engineers, ensuring communication, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous growth. * Communicate technical direction, risks, and opportunities to the CTO and leadership team. * Foster a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. **What You Bring** **Education \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). * 10\+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in technical leadership or management. * Proven success delivering **scalable, cloud\-based applications** and managing technical teams. * (Nice to have) Master’s degree, Agile/Scrum certifications, or Cloud/Architecture credentials (AWS, Azure, TOGAF). **Technical Skills** * Strong expertise in back\-end systems and distributed applications, with recent hands\-on contributions in coding, design, and technical delivery. * 360° software engineering knowledge on back\-end, front\-end integration, infrastructure, processes, and security. * Knowledgeable in IT \& Infrastructure administration. * Strong background in Public Cloud (AWS) and Private Cloud (on\-premises) architectures and application deployment. * Proficient in back\-end programming languages, including Python, Java, and Golang. * Understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, and others, is a plus. * Knowledgeable of front\-end programming languages and frameworks, including TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js. * Excellent understanding of industry best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, automated testing, code reviews, clean code, and technical documentation. * Experience applying AI technologies (e.g., chatbots, ML\-driven QA, automation, productivity tools) to engineering processes. * Solid experience with agile methodologies and team management tools. * Fluent in English (B2\-C1\). **Soft Skills** * Strong technical leadership: inspire, guide, and lead by example. * Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of balancing strategic vision with hands\-on execution. * Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, balancing project demands with team priorities. * Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry advancements. **What We Offer** * A role in a fast\-growing tech company with global reach and cutting\-edge impact. * A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with international exposure. * Opportunities to **grow and evolve with the company** as we expand. * Compensation \& benefits include competitive gross salary \+ bonus \+ Stock Appreciation Rights \+ catering service included \+ training \+ team building activities \+ health insurance upon completion one year of employment. * Hybrid working model. * Indefinite * Full time * Hybrid (08174, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain)
