Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress for a restaurant in Sitges, responsible for customer service, taking orders, table service, and coordination with the kitchen; prior experience and a positive attitude are required. Coordination with the kitchen to ensure quality service We are looking for a waiter/waitress to work at a restaurant in Sitges. Duties include customer service, order taking, food and beverage service at tables, bar support, table setup and preparation, payment processing via POS terminal, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, as well as coordination with the kitchen to ensure high-quality service. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is required, along with a positive attitude, ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments, and availability to work weekends and holidays. A permanent part-time contract of 20 hours per week is offered, with shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 19:00–24:00. The monthly salary is €800, paid in 14 installments. • Customer service in the dining area, including guest reception and seating. • Order taking and menu consultation. • Food and beverage service, including table service and bar support when required. • Table preparation and setup, restocking supplies, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. • Coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. • Payment processing using POS terminals. • Compliance with internal establishment protocols regarding quality, hygiene, and customer service. * Experience: 12 months. \- Minimum 12 months’ prior experience in a similar hospitality setting, performing waiter/waitress duties in a restaurant. \- Availability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility according to service needs. * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Basic knowledge of front-of-house service and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) terminals is preferred. \- Dynamic and responsible individual, with strong teamwork orientation and cooperative attitude. \- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills. \- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced work environments. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (20 hours per month) * Gross monthly salary: €800 * Additional information: We offer: \- Job stability through a permanent part-time contract of 20 hours per week, with service provision from Thursday to Sunday, 19:00–24:00. \- Gross monthly salary of €800, distributed across 14 annual payments.
