We focus on quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork. **Job mission** The Logistics Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products by coordinating receiving, storage, and shipping activities within an industrial environment. **Main responsibilities** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily logistics operations (receiving, storage, preparation, and shipment of materials and products). · Coordinate with production and purchasing to ensure material availability. * Organize transportation and shipments. * Supervise logistics documentation (delivery notes, labels, orders). * Support in optimizing logistics and warehouse processes. · Supervise and keep updated system information in the ERP or management software (inbound, outbound, stock levels, orders). · Plan and control periodic inventory, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. · Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure material availability and meet deadlines. · Manage freight transportation: liaise with logistics providers, negotiate rates, monitor deliveries and returns. · Propose and lead improvements in logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. · Monitor logistics KPIs (inventory turnover, service level, delivery times, etc.) and report results to management. · Support internal or external audits related to logistics and warehousing. **Requirements** * Education in logistics, transportation, or related field. * Minimum English level B2 (daily use for customer communication). * Previous experience in industrial environments (preferably metal industry or similar). * Knowledge of ERP systems / warehouse management. * Organized, solution-oriented person with ability to work in a team. * Candidate residing in Vallès Occidental. * Own vehicle required. **What we offer** * Join an established industrial company. * Permanent contract and full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00). * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience.
