This position is located in La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona). Main responsibilities: Managing daily activities by planning the necessary personnel to meet set volume and production targets. Managing collective and individual performance (training, productivity monitoring, quality). Ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance. Monitoring profitability within their scope. Participating in continuous improvement projects within their area of responsibility. ### **Requirements** Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics or industrial sector. Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA). Strong team management, organizational and planning skills. Logistics-related education is an advantage.
