We are currently seeking a Team Leader for a company specialized in cold chain logistics management in Spain and Portugal, to work at their facilities located in Sant Vicents dels Horts (Barcelona). Selected candidates will perform the following responsibilities: * Assign tasks according to schedule, picking orders, and operational needs * Knowledge, application, and updating of current operational procedures * Conduct inventory checks * Monitor, achieve, and communicate objectives using relevant performance indicators * Supervise a team of skilled warehouse operatives, reporting directly to the dossier manager, coordinating with administrative staff * Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness within the work area Full-time position of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts between morning and afternoon, scheduled between 06:00 and 20:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Previous experience in companies similar to logistics operators * Experience managing teams for 3\-5 years * Living near the workplace is an advantage Higher Vocational Training in Logistics (GM/GS) or equivalent.
