Your main mission will be to ensure the proper operation, maintenance and efficiency of the facilities, coordinating resources, suppliers and global group policies. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of DSV facilities. * Supervise and control corrective maintenance budgets. * Manage contact with maintenance service providers, as well as negotiation of materials and supplies. * Participate in procurement tasks for facilities and general services (office supplies, consumables, forklifts, etc.). * Coordinate with global suppliers and implement corporate policies at local level. * Perform control and monitoring of invoicing. * Carry out studies for optimization of energy and maintenance costs, proposing continuous improvement actions. **What requirements must you meet?** Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. A Master's in industrial maintenance is desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial facilities maintenance or facilities management. Knowledge in supplier management, budgets and cost control. Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English. Organized, analytical and problem-solving profile, with communication skills and ability to coordinate external teams. Orientation towards continuous improvement, ability to prioritize tasks and proactive attitude.
