




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to coordinate transportation and moving services, managing routes, budgets, invoicing, and communication with clients and suppliers. We require an administrative professional for the billing department, with responsibilities focused on coordinating transportation and moving services in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The main task will involve daily management of routes and services, ensuring everything operates as planned and within agreed timelines. Continuous communication with clients and suppliers will also be maintained to track service progress, confirm details, and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities include preparing and sending detailed quotations for moving services and related activities, as well as organizing logistics—assigning teams and planning resources. Duties will include full administration of invoices and orders, ensuring administrative processes are carried out accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for keeping internal databases up to date so that information remains consistently accurate. Proficiency in tools such as Excel is required to monitor services and costs, plan activities, and generate reports. Regular use of management software such as HOLDED will be part of routine work. The ability to resolve operational and administrative issues will be essential for the department’s smooth functioning. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. The proposed annual gross salary is €25,000.
