A construction company located in Sabadell, specializing in retail and residential projects, is seeking a CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN (Vocational Training / Technical Architecture). Reporting to management, responsibilities include: - Initial site visits for budget preparation - Selection of personnel (in-house and subcontracted) for project execution - Placing necessary orders for project execution - Site coordination and adherence to project schedules - Construction cost control - Ongoing feedback with site supervisors / clients / technical staff - Problem resolution and contribution of ideas - Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Projects will include the construction of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, offices, etc., for prestigious companies, as well as residential units designed by interior designers/architects.
