Key Responsibilities: * Adapt the operation of each store according to the commercial policy set by company management, taking responsibility for achieving the highest possible sales and profitability in your stores—particularly regarding team management and commercial performance. * Train the store team to achieve the commercial objectives established by the General Management for your area of influence. * Manage the team, collaborating closely with the Store Manager. * Monitor store sales budgets, identifying potential deviations and analyzing their causes. * Convey the company’s spirit, policies, and culture to staff at each establishment or store. * Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of staff across each store, in coordination with the Store Manager. * Prepare sales performance reports for each store and for each member of the store team. * Supervise and seek to optimize, where applicable, internal and external communication—both across stores and within the internal structure of each store. Requirements * Completed university degree. * High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years) within high-demand environments managing sales teams will be highly valued. * Geographic availability. * Proven experience in team management. * Strong results orientation and clear commercial vocation. * Valid driver’s license.
