Recimant is a company specialized in industrial cleaning services for foundries, construction sites, cement plants, and other facilities. Commercial Administrator Office located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona). **Main responsibilities:** * Sales administration: * Track proposals and commercial agreements, providing reporting to the commercial team. * Support the commercial team’s calendar and travel arrangements. * Customer relationship support: * Process customer requests and inquiries related to commercial management requiring internal coordination. * Manage customer satisfaction to foster loyalty. * Operations: * Enter new commercial contracts into the ERP system. * Issue/share accepted budgets with the relevant departments across the company to enable execution of corresponding tasks. * Data and systems management: * Maintain and record commercial activity data in the company’s CRM and ERP systems. * Maintain and generate internal reports for data analysis and decision-making. * Sales team preparation and support: * Develop and prepare corporate presentations. * Create databases for prospecting activities. * Prepare/assist in preparing budgets. * Various administrative tasks. **Profile:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel, is essential. * Vocational training qualification in Administration (FPII) or equivalent. * High-level proficiency in both Spanish and Catalan. **What we offer:** * Temporary contract for 6 months, potentially leading to an indefinite contract. * Job stability. * Positive working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00; alternate Fridays from 08:00–16:00. * Annual gross salary: €20,000 (paid in 12 installments).
