Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Metallurgical/Machining/Welding/Laser Cutting Workshop Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations, supervise production, and manage the team. Ensuring quality standards and general maintenance We are seeking an experienced Metallurgical/Machining/Welding/Laser Cutting Workshop Supervisor to lead and coordinate workshop operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production, managing the team of operators, ensuring compliance with quality standards, as well as performing general maintenance tasks. Daily workshop work supervision and organization Team of operators coordination Time control and production planning Quality verification in processes and products Materials and tools management General maintenance tasks * 5 years of experience * Blueprint interpretation * CAD/CAM experience is desirable * Experience with machinery is desirable * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '2000' to '2200' * Additional information: \* Intensive morning or afternoon shift (6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.\) \* Starting salary: €1700 net (annually reviewable \- 12 payments)
