




Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) within an industrial, logistics, and technical business group, ensuring regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at Corporación Everest, a business group with over 50 years of experience in waste management and recycling in Catalonia, operating its own industrial, logistics, and technical activities. This role will play a key part in coordinating and supervising the External Prevention Service (EPS), as well as ensuring the correct implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the preventive system across all company workplaces (plants, fleet, workshops, and offices). The main function will be to ensure compliance with current OHS regulations, proper risk assessment and control, and the genuine integration of prevention into daily operations, acting as the primary liaison with the EPS and various internal departments. Coordinate and supervise the External Prevention Service (EPS), acting as the primary liaison. Ensure compliance with OHS regulations across all workplaces. Coordinate risk assessments and monitor preventive measures. Plan and monitor annual preventive activities. Supervise OHS training and information for employees. Coordinate health surveillance with the EPS, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance. Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing and supervising corrective actions. Prepare, review, and keep up-to-date preventive documentation. Provide support and advisory services on OHS matters to various departments. Collaborate in internal and external OHS and ISO 45001 audits, where applicable. Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and health conditions. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in comprehensive OHS management, preferably in industrial environments. Experience coordinating and supervising an External Prevention Service (EPS). Knowledge and experience in ISO 45001 and OHS audits. Experience in accident investigation and corrective action management. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE * Catalan (advanced spoken and written) * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: University degree and qualification as a Senior Technician in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), with at least one specialization.
