We give support and ask for help when needed, and together, we **share and celebrate** successes. **What will your mission be?** You will be responsible for defining and leading the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) system architecture for future vehicles. You will design scalable solutions aligned with functional and technical requirements for each model, ensuring quality, performance, and integration with the vehicle's software ecosystem. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design HMI software architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compatibility with different types of displays and functionalities. * Create technical diagrams illustrating interactions between modules, data flows, and system components. * Lead continuous improvement of the HMI system through testing, performance analysis, and adoption of new technologies. * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies, escalating critical incidents when necessary. * Document architecture and software modules to facilitate collaboration among development, validation, and integration teams. * Assess technical feasibility of new requirements and estimate implementation effort. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (UX, backend, integration, validation) to ensure consistent and efficient implementation. * Report on architecture status and project progress to technical and product stakeholders. **What requirements do we expect you to meet?** **Education**: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar. **Languages**: Advanced English; German is a plus **Technical knowledge**: * HMI interface development. * Android Platform. * Programming languages: Kotlin. * Plugin development and workflow automation. * Development and CI/CD tools: testing (Unit test), SDK, Jetpack, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Bamboo. * Agile project management: JIRA, Confluence. * Interface design: Figma. **Experience:** * AAOS (Android Automotive Operating System) is desirable. * Minimum of 2-3 years in software development or architecture. * Experience in HMI systems within the automotive sector or similar industries will be valued. **Key competencies**: Teamwork, analytical thinking, proactivity, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
