Stage 1 \- Introduction to OBRAMAT: You will join the company as a Sales Manager, beginning your journey by experiencing the role of Salesperson. This stage is crucial for integrating into the commercial environment, deepening product knowledge, and applying technical sales competencies, customer orientation, and continuous learning — establishing foundational business knowledge and validating your ability to assume greater responsibilities. Stage 2 \- Sales Manager: Progressively assume the Sales Manager role autonomously.
