As pioneers in organic products and apitherapy since 1977, we strive daily for a new kind of beekeeping — one that respects life and serves natural health guided by bees. **What defines our DNA?** We are beekeepers, and in our Bee\-factory located in the French Hautes-Pyrénées, we produce 100% natural preparations bearing the Apiculture DOUCE® and organic certifications: dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, and hygiene preparations. Currently expanding across Spain, **we are looking for a Sales Representative based in Madrid, the Basque Country, or Catalonia**, to support our growth in the Spanish market — targeting organic stores, herbalists, and pharmacies. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\) Sales:** *Prospect new retail outlets and distributors aligned with the Ballot\-Flurin universe: organic, natural, pharmacies, herbalists, and specialty stores.* *Present and promote our product range and brand values.* *Negotiate commercial terms and support sales development.* *Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and deliver commercial reporting.* **2\) Management and Forecasting:** *Participate in selecting preparations for the Spanish market, identifying needs and opportunities.* *Contribute to sales forecasting and stock requirement planning in coordination with the team.* *Participate in stock management and implementation of logistical and commercial optimization measures.* **3\) Trade Fairs and Events:** *Professional trade fairs and events: 1 to 3 per year.* *Work closely with a small, dynamic team, actively contributing to the development of our Spanish subsidiary.* *Represent the image and philosophy of Ballot\-Flurin in Spain.* **Position Conditions:** * Fixed annual salary: €25,000 – €30,000 gross + performance-based variable compensation. * Full-time schedule (8 hours/day) – Senior Technician level * Commercial package including a MacBook and mobile phone, fixed allowance for lunches and hotel stays * Immediate availability – June 2026 * Prior training at our Bee\-Factory in the French Pyrenees **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience: **Over 2 years** * Required languages: * Spanish – native * French – intermediate/advanced **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * You have prior sales experience in organic stores or other sectors. * You wish to join a project committed to natural health and the restoration of a world favorable to bees. * You are proficient in computer use. * More than a CV, we seek dynamic, positive individuals ready to commit and tackle new challenges. **PERSONAL QUALITIES** * You are a passionate advocate for nature, bees, and ecology. * You are bold and curious, with strong teamwork spirit. * You demonstrate active listening skills and teaching aptitude. * Your interpersonal skills are among your greatest strengths. * You are organized and self-reflective, ensuring high-quality service delivery. * You are results-oriented. * You possess mobility within your region and are willing to stay overnight away from home when required. **Are you interested?** We look forward to meeting you!
